Closure for works

We will be closed in August, September and October 2024 for our renovations, and look forward to welcoming you back to the renovated house and rooms. Check back regularly; dates may change.

You will have 24-hour access to the breakfast room, where you can enjoy coffee, tea or other drinks. A welcome drink (special Belgian beer) is offered on arrival.

The house, breakfast and parking included

The house is inhabited by its owners, and the rooms of the first floor are used for the guests. It is located at 168 Avenue Albert, near the famous Avenue Molière and near « Altitude 100 » (highest point of Brussels).

You will get a 24h/24 access to the breakfast room and be able to make coffee or tea at any time, or have another drink in that cosy place. A welcome drink (Belgian special beer) will be proposed to you at your arrival.

The breakfast is always included and available from 7h30 to 10h30 (or 11h30, but then without service and scrambled eggs served at the table).

We have 5 parking places for 5 rooms; there is always a parking space available, as long as you request it at least one day in advance. For last-minute bookings, ask us by text message or Whatsapp on +32 492 20 04 91.

Comfort

  • All rooms have a shower room with washbasin, shower and toilet.
  • All rooms are non-smoking.
  • On request, a free parking space is available nearby.
  • Wi-Fi is available throughout the house (+ wired internet in the rooms).
  • All rooms have a large flat-screen TV with cable channels and Chrome Cast.
  • Apart from the Autumn room, all rooms also have a large double bed (200 x 180 cm; we don't have any room with twin beds) and a large mirror above the fireplace.
  • All rooms have plenty of power sockets.
  • Heating with thermostat at the entrance to each room (no air conditioning)

Five rooms are proposed to you

  • Room 17 Monsoon, 19 m2, accommodates two people in a large double bed, has a window to the south, and its shower room has a large window to the east, on the garden side, and in front of which are the sink and the mirror. Its former fireplace and its molded ceiling give it a warm atmosphere.
  • The 19 m2 Equinox room, identical to the Mousson room and the quietest room above it, accommodates two people in a double bed. It has a south-facing window, and its shower room has a large east-side window facing the garden, in front of which are the washbasin and mirror. Its fireplace and moulded ceiling give it a warm ambience.
  • Room 15 Autumn, 15 m2, welcomes a single person and is oriented to the east. It is of a modern and smooth style, without chimney or moldings on the ceiling, and yet with its triptych window, it does not denote in the house.
  • Room 11 Winter welcomes two people on 21 m2. Its shower room is located on either side of the window to the east. Its magnificent fireplace and its high ceiling moldings accentuate the impression of space and comfort.
  • The Winter and Spring rooms can communicate to become a suite: the two double doors, usually locked and isolated, can be opened for guests staying with friends or family.
  • Finally, the Summer room welcomes you to two on 26 m2 also, and also has its shower room of 5 m2 adjoining, with its own triptych window, while the room has two large windows on the avenue side.
